Nice locals bar with a medium to small sized bar filled with people that know each other well. They welcomed us for a quick one. Didn’t get to try the food. Never did find out for sure what the brown paper bags hanging out front were for. Quaint easy hangout.
Best potato chips in town
Stopped in for the Bike night. Burger and a beer, mac-n-cheese, Beans, full fixins for the burger (self serve), cookies for dessert. And all that for NULL. Man I am coming back every Monday night
we very much enjoyed our visit to Ma BarkersTavern. Not knowing what to expect, Tyson and myself did have a wonderful time at MA’s. We receive not only an awesome burger ( properly cooked) at an awsomer price, both staff and guests were welcoming and accommodating. Tyson recieved all the attention he requires insofar as the staff offering to prepare his burger bite size. A great pleasure was everyone was willing to overlook my short commings. A special shoutout to “Duffy” (perhaps staffNULL) for a much needed helping hand and a staff member serving Tyson’s burger bite size, your kindness was greatly appreciated. Side note; Anyone Interested in a beautiful scenic upstate, NY evening cruise would not be disappointed with a ride to Ma’s tavern for Monday’s bikes, burger and beer. I believe NULL for awesome Burger side cookie and the price included the beer, I paid ? ( did not count my change) for awesome Burger which includes plenty of condiments pickles, onions, lettuce and more, a couple of sides, and a cookie. I belive the price even included the beer! Another side note; I looked at the jar but did not partake in the item labeled “spicy pickle” however, I did overhear more than 1 person indicating that the pickles are indeed spicy.
Best prices in town. The menu may be limited to Hoffman hot dogs, half pound home made burgers, and some delicious chili. Don’t let the exterior fool you. It’s a quality establishment with clean glasses and drink.
