We found this RV park last minute after a change of plans. We were looking for a nice place to spend a few nights. The manager was very welcoming and helpful; we thought we wanted to stay 3 nights, and he made sure we knew once we paid it was non-refundable. We paid for two nights, and he said that if we wanted to stay a third we could pay that morning. He also promised to let us know if it looked like he would get booked. All worked out fine, and we stayed the three nights. It was nice visiting with other campers. Some were there longer term, working in the area. Some were overnighters, returning because it’s such a nice place. Concrete pads were level, all utilities were in good working condition and attractively maintained. The grounds were well kept. This park is close to I20 and US45, so easily accessible for the night. If you stay a few days and want some outdoor activity, go to Bonita Lakes Park, off 19, just south of I20. Beautiful park with lots of trails, from flat and paved to hilly and challenging, but all well maintained.

Super nice gentleman took our reservations for after hours to accommodate our late arrival. Sent map and told my husband exactly where to go, we had no problems with the precise instructions. Southern hospitality for us homesick southerners! Thank you very much and we would definitely stay here again❣️

Stayed one night on our way to Tennessee. It wasn’t far off interstate and as long as you follow their directions it is easy to get to. Simple check in, cozy and clean spots. Our spot was near a tree which allowed for some shade on the hot summer day. Small dog park and nice grounds to walk your furbaby. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice and convenient RV park, excellent location and security. Easy pull through spots, helpful owner, well kept grounds and convenient propane fill up and laundry on site.

Nice place to stay, convenient access off I20. Owner was super efficient booking over phone and in person. Concrete pads, nice and level but spots are a little tight. We stayed in site 12, were just there for overnight and it was ideal for that , price was great. We’re usually rolling through and don’t have a lot of time for using the amenities. The most important issue to me is electricity – the power was clean, hook up was solid pedestal and water pressure was great. They will advise you to use a pressure regulator because it’s high. Will definitely stay there in future and recommend the place to anyone looking for no frills value based pricing.
