I stayed just overnight, but the room was spotless & comfortable. Everything worked & even the shower head was the perfect height for a taller person! The breakfast downstairs was great & one of the team members approached (as I was looking for non-dairy milk) to ask if I needed anything & when asked, he quickly brought out some oat milk for me. Highly recommend this hotel!
Emily was amazing in my check in process. The minute we walked in we knew we were at a place that takes care of its customers. Eduardo and his staff had a beautiful breakfast spread the next day. AAA +++ location highly recommended. Hilton honors.
Picked this hotel as it was just far enough away from downtown Allentown where we attended an event at the PPL Center. This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are great and the free breakfast is perfect. And the staff that we interacted with were just so nice and courteous. We’d definitely stay here if ever in the area again.
These are sizable extended stay rooms, yet were priced less expensively than rooms at regular hotels. I paid for a standard room, and got a full size refrigerator, 2 built-in hot plates, a large walk-in shower, couch, and large 55” TV. Very nice! It was immaculately clean. All rooms include breakfast, and it was delicious! Eggs, hash browns, tortilla wraps with all the fixings including salsa, guacamole, lime greens, etc, fruit juice, overnight oats, and chia pudding, all with fixings. The breakfast made the room completely worthwhile. I stayed there after attending a concert at Musikfest. The concert bus pickup is just a 2 min. drive away. The front desk staff are not empowered to match online prices, so just buy online. But they were polite, and got us ice and opened our door for us. Their computer system was down, and they had no way of transacting a room purchase directly, or to make key cards. Despite these inconveniences, my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay there.
Rooms were clean, and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was good, and if u looked towards the back near the bar area, there was a gentleman making fresh omelets that were to die for! Although there is a pool and fitness area, I didn’t make it to them to snag any pictures. As a side note, there are waffle makers, along with other hot breakfast foods, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurt (info for those traveling with kids). I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
