Just wow. I had my wedding at Dog Creek Lodge, and it was absolutely amazing. The space is stunning and was enjoyed by everyone—from the commercial kitchen and laundry in the main lodge, to the endless games in the game room, and most importantly, the incredibly comfortable beds (something you always worry about when staying somewhere new). It was an unforgettable experience. Everyone in our group was so impressed with the lodge that many talked about planning a wedding reunion here, or even hosting their own family gatherings in the future. We’ll certainly be back—and I’m sure many of our guests will be, too. Thank you so much, Dog Creek!
This place is on the beaten path but everyone seems to overlook this gem. The pizza is off the charts good. And the service is very friendly. And the atmosphere is very inviting. GREAT JOB TO THE OWNERS!!!!!!
We stayed at the lodge for a weekend for a family reunion. The grounds were lovely with space to spread out and hike to the lake to fish or kayak. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for our group and made for easy clean up. It was about a 20 minute drive into Whitefish, MT. I would definitely recommend this lodge.
My folks have been telling us we need to swing by Dog Creek Lodge to eat for the past year now, as it’s one of their faves, well we finally got around to it and were thoroughly impressed.
Great food, awesome atmosphere, excellent friendly service. Plenty of room out back for the kids to stretch their legs and a perfect location for dinner after adventuring in the Whitefish or Salish Ranges.
Will definitely be back frequently!
I’m reviewing the restaurant. Came here with some friends on a Saturday night for their prime rib. Boy it didn’t disappoint it was flavorful and a perfect cut. Our appetizers were yummy too, the jalapeño poppers were fantastic and so was the artichoke dip. Drinks were perfect and service was great. We’ll definitely be back!!
