Thomas Stewart Park is a fantastic destination for families with children of all ages. The large playground is the park’s highlight, featuring a newly updated zip line and a dedicated play area for toddlers. The old-fashioned monkey bars and plenty of swings add a nostalgic charm, while the walking trails and open fields provide additional space for exploration and relaxation.

The picnic area is perfect for gatherings, and there’s no need to worry about parking—there’s a massive lot that easily accommodates visitors.

One thing to keep in mind is the wood chip mulch that covers the playground floor. It’s best for kids to wear sneakers or thicker pants to ensure they’re comfortable while playing.

Overall, Thomas Stewart Park offers a safe, fun, and well-maintained space for kids to enjoy the outdoors. It’s a must-visit for families in the area!

This was a great park! It had to be one of the nicest playgrounds and we’ll kept parks ive ever been to. We stumbled upon it accidentally and were not disappointed! It had something for all ages. I would definitely stress a word of caution for younger kids as it has many many fall risks, as well as a merry go round jungle gym! They were big fans of the zip line as well! Our children loved it all though. And bonus that there was a porta potty so the kids could at least go to the bathroom. It wasn’t overly crowded either for a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I’ve definitely pinned it on our map so we can stop there the next time we go through there going to the beach!

Very cute park I actually pulled the scooters out and enjoyed riding along the trails with my kids.I feel like my kids enjoy themselves more at this park than the lopatcong park.
