Yes locals just call it triangle park. It’s nothing fancy and very small but it’s got exactly what you need in a pretty dense residential space. Benches, trash cans, well manicured space with different trees, a creek mostly rock lined running through it with a small foot bridge. It’s perfect and well designed for its space and well worth a visit if you can walk to it or need a picnic spot in the area.

I love taking photos at this park. I had my wedding day photography here along with my own maternity photos. As a portrait photographer, I’ve met families her many times and everyone is always hiwitg the results. The park is always clean, has an adorable walk bridge and many benches to relax on. I definitely recommend you visit soon!

My Eagle Scout project back in 1976 was to do a tree survey of Way Park. I mapped all the tree locations, cataloged their species and measured their girth. I wonder if the Borough still has it?

Great little park to come to explore on a bike or a walk. A lot of really neat foliage to check out and I love the “hiding” place under the cool tree in the pic I posted. I thought the flag and memorial for the residents who served in the military was a very respectful thing that they did as well and a nice tribute to those who deserve that honor.

I love this little place. You know that scene in Forrest Gump where he says “I don’t remember my first outdoor picnic”? I remember MY first outdoor picnic and it was at Way Park. I don’t get there too often, but I’ve taken my kids there to look for a geocache and we had a great time. The bridge, the island, and the creek are exactly as I remember them. I give Edgeworth Borough officials much credit for keeping this place up. It’s a gem.
