I absolutely love the fenced in dog off leash area of this park! There is actually seating in the shade and it’s quiet. Lots of stuff for the dogs to play with and a sort of doggie obstacle course set up to play on. Absolutely perfect!!!
As an out of town visitor, this park rocked. It’s immaculately landscaped and maintained. It’s not the largest, but chalk full of things to do – perfect tennis courts, skater zone for board enthusiasts, huge baseball diamond and more. As a sweetener, there’s a wooded mini golf course attached to the park. I has a uniquely late close too – 10pm. Check it out.
Very nice park, lots of space and things to do. Well maintained as well. Here’s a list of what it has:
– a skate park
– a kid’s playground
-3 tennis courts
– basketball court
– a field hockey rink
– permanant restrooms ( closed for the season)
– parking
– a short trail
– 2 dog parks + doggy obstacle course
– 2 awnings with seating for a party
– a miniature golf course.
– a short quarter mile trail.
– a covered bus stop connected to it
Nothing wrong with it except the bathrooms are closed for the season. Great place for kids and dogs.
Great place for a nice walk and relaxation while in town.
A medium size park, always clean. 2 dog parks (little and big dogs), soccer field, pavilions, SKATE park, deck hockey, playground.
Plus it includes a putt putt golf course with an ice cream sandwich and drinks building.
About the only thing lacking are forested trails. Otherwise, a wonderful neighborhood park.
