Great place, lots of space and privacy, and affordable. I would highly recommend staying here. Secondarily, the owner/ operator is extremely accommodating, to the point to where he literally drove me to the hospital when I didn’t have anyone else I could call. Do yourself a favor and stay here if available, such a great place ran by great people.

This place is one of a kind. Lots of room! Lots of trees! Beautiful landscaping. Dog friendly and close to Cloudland Canyon State Park, Lookout Mountain Hangliding. 5 minutes from town. Quiet RV park with TONS of space between lots. The owner/host is a great guy, runs everything himself.

Stayed here 8 months while looking for land. I’m so glad we found this place it was perfect for us. Plenty of room and privacy I can’t imagine having to stay at somebody’s other parks. This place is a gem. The owner is so nice and I’m really going to miss him. If you’re looking for a long-term RV place this is it.

My husband and I have been staying at this RV park for about 5 months and we absolutely love it here! So close to cloudland canyon, and Chattanooga there is adventure all around. The park is quiet and peaceful like your own little haven in the middle of the woods. Some mornings you’ll wake up to deer roaming around as well. The owner of the park is incredible and always willing to help in any way possible! We sure will miss this little slice of heaven!
