This company is absolutely terrible.
I’m a student and barely had time to use the oven — I only used it a few times, and the glass door shattered unexpectedly, almost injuring me.
When I tried to seek help, I found out the warranty had just expired. I went to their website, and not only had the product already been removed, but all the previous reviews were gone too. I don’t know what method they used to get such good reviews back then, but now it’s useless.
I’ve tried everything: filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency, sent emails to the company — no response. I called customer service, and they simply said, “It’s out of warranty. We can’t help.”
Seriously? So after the warranty period, your product is no longer your responsibility? And you don’t even offer repairs?
I’m deeply disappointed and feel helpless. Avoid this brand.
Unfortunately, my experience with Galanz Americas has been one of the most frustrating I’ve ever had as a customer. I purchased a refrigerator that began to fail shortly after the two-year mark, and since then, I’ve tried five times to get meaningful help from the company.
Their only response? Repeating that the warranty has expired. No technical support, no guidance, no solutions. I consulted two independent technicians, and both confirmed the same thing: this refrigerator is essentially disposable, with a life expectancy of only 2 to 3 years. Seriously? Is that what Galanz considers acceptable?
Galanz’s customer service has been nonexistent. No one has taken real ownership of the issue. I live in Orlando, Florida, and I haven’t found a reliable technician who can inspect or repair the unit, which is why I turned directly to the company. And yet, they’ve shown no commitment or accountability.
This experience makes it clear: Galanz seems focused solely on selling short-lived appliances without providing the proper support consumers deserve.
If you’re considering buying a Galanz product, think twice. And if you already did and something goes wrong, be prepared to be ignored.

This company sells very horrible Products. I purchased a freezer/ Refrigerator from home Depot which carries their products. The unit stop working less than 6 months after I purchased it. I’ve had the hardest time receiving my entire purchase price & reimbursement for meat spoilege. Please never waste your money on a Galanz product of any kind. The customer service personnel (Maria) is very Rude also has an attitude problem. I should’ve did my research prior to purchasing anything with a galanz name.
Went to Walmart and purchased a Galanz Microwave & Airfryer combo today after it came highly recommended by fellow truck drivers. We took it out of the box and went to open it. This appliance is nasty!!! It has grease and dog hair INSIDE the Microwave!! We are now 2 states away and cannot return it. All new stickers, items packed inside were slid right on top of the mess. It was a brand new in box system with manufacturer seal tape and packaging foam!! Why in the world would someone resell a nasty appliance??? Seriously hoping this does not come with self installed roaches. If this is how yall do business please plan accordingly for the closing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
