The building is excellently maintained with great amenities and an inviting ambiance, especially the nice jazz music in the lobby. The management team is attentive and professional, and Manny at the concierge provides excellent service with a warm, helpful attitude. The leasing agent, Alina Santana, gave a pleasant and thorough tour, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Meadowside is truly a great place thanks to its inviting and comfortable space! I would definitely give it more stars if i could!

I recently toured a few units at The Meadowside with Alina Santana, She was very diligent and helpful with my tour. The building is super clean, and there’s such a nice atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which seem perfect for relaxing and working out. Manny, the concierge, was really friendly too. The views of the NYC skyline are amazing, and the apartments are spacious with cool features like quartz countertops and big balconies. Plus, being pet-friendly with a private dog park is a huge plus!

The Meadowside is truly a luxury living experience—easily one of the most well-maintained and thoughtfully managed apartment communities we’ve ever lived in.
The building is kept in pristine condition: carpets are regularly shampooed, hallways are consistently cleaned and mopped, and everything feels well cared for. The doormen are friendly and professional, always greeting residents with warmth—Manny, in particular, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported.
During our time there, we never had a single negative experience. On the rare occasion we noticed pet waste in the hallway, management responded immediately—sending a building-wide email and promptly addressing the issue. Their attention to detail and genuine care for residents’ comfort made a lasting impression.
We were genuinely sad to leave The Meadowside, and we continue to recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a high-quality, respectful, and beautifully maintained place to call home.
