Clean, friendly, they have an attendant, ATM, change, and a soap center. The machines are great and the music playlist is dope!
Love this place. When it first opened I met the 2 couples that owned it, Brenda and her husband were awesome, such good hearted people, I’m not sure if there still owners but great place very clean, I especially loved them closing at 9 or 10 pm, but then they switched to closing earlier which didn’t work for me, but I’m sure there just wasn’t enough customers at that time to justify paying an employee, so I understand. Only one complaint, I recently went in and I came in at 6:32pm and I only had 2 small loads to wash, I didn’t need to dry as for I have a dryer at home, and they said no it was past 6:30, I explained I only needed to wash so I would be out of there by 7pm , a full hour before they closed and they still said no. ( and didn’t do it politely either) so that wasn’t cool. I understand people have bad days, we all do but I was always taught to never show that to a customer.
I am privileged to have not ever had to use a laundromat as an adult. I am here locally on vacation and circumstances brought me here to wash our sleeping bags. I felt so silly asking the gentleman working for help on how to get the machines going and which would be best for my loads. He was so helpful, friendly, and even gave me a “Good job” after getting them started. It’s the small things in life. I appreciated the interaction today. The building is very clean. He wiped the machine before I used it. Thank you.
Wanna say thank you to Mr Jony here.He is such a nice guy, very helpful and friendly.. He is doing a great job here. Thanks Jony from Grace the woman from the Philippines.
This place was worth the drive for me. I was looking for a nice clean/newer facility that would have the extra large loaders for my dogs beds. They had everything and more. The staff that works there are extremely friendly and helpful! Everything was well maintained and easy to use. I drove all the way from liberty lake but I work out in this area so it’s not too much of a hassle. The bathrooms I didn’t think I would need were open and clean and I didn’t need a code or to call someone over to let me in.
The only issue I had was people smoking right outside the facility. I was trying to wait in my car with my dog and had to smell that horrible smell.
