Simple parking lot with Porta Potty (thus 4 stars, not 5). That’s all there is to it. Convenient to highway and right on the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. Timbers restaurant across the street is wonderful.

Great place to access the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. There is a nice restaurant right across the street called “Timbers” if you get hungry after a long bike ride.

Great trailhead with nearby food and drinks for after your ride is done.

Limited parking here – in summer there is a portapotty at the trailhead. Heads up – moose like to hang out in the trees behind the picnic table, we’ve been charged quite a few times over the years – just be alert.
