This is a nice little beach. Has a country store , picnic tables etc. It is very expensive for a day at the beach so be sure to call ahead. It was NULL.00 per person

We had brought a canoe and inflatable paddle board with us only to be told that you can’t use those off the beach, you have to rent theirs. So all we did was swim. The bathrooms were a little dirty too.

All in all we had a wonderful day at the lake. But I wish we’d known the amenities were underwhelming. Sadly the hot dog/ other food stuffs stand isn’t operational anymore, just ice cream. They do provide plenty of picnic tables and grills but you must bring your own charcoal or cooking apparatus and whatever food you’re wanting to eat. I was hoping for a no-effort lunch, but we hoofed it to the store and back instead. Again, we had a great time and the kids we were with loved it, just wish it weren’t advertised everywhere that there would be food available on site 🤷🏻‍♀️

This small beach is a great spot for family outing. The beach is small but I really like that. I went on a field trip with my nephew for school. Bathrooms had 2 toilets, no electric, nice playground, and well-kept beach front. Will go again!

Came here with my 2.5 year old daughter, wife, and mother-in-law and we had a nice beach day. It was my daughter’s first time to the beach and this was a perfect spot for it. Plenty of soft sand and the water never seemed to get deep. I’d recommend getting there to find a spot early because it filled up quick. Everyone was very friendly and my daughter had a great time playing with the other kids.
