Stop by at late night. Sadly the woman at the pick up window is very insulting directly or indirectly. Asked me if I wanted the senior citizen discountNULL I’m in my mid fifties. Gave her a ? bill she looked at it in the light to check its originality.
Great food, beverages, and great deals with the Wendy’s app. Wendy’s has themselves together, reason for 4 stars I thought the meal was warm, not hot. The Caramel Cold Foam had nice flavor to the coffee.
Please get a new team overnight. The lady at the window had a crazy attitude for no reason. Before paying, I showed my QR code for her to scan to which she audibly sighed, rolled her eyes, slammed the window and then opened it 3 minutes later and scanned it. I also asked for a cup of water in which she tried to charge me NULL for. Went over to Burger King next door and got a warm greeting, asked for a cup of water that was given to me for free. There’s too many options nearby for me to deal with something like that. Beyond disgusted in this location and safe to say, I will never spend or let anyone I know spend another dollar here. If you don’t want to work overnight and talk to people, hear me out….maybe don’t work at a job…overnight… where you have to talk to people.
Edit: Just looked through the reviews and saw that everyone is referring to the same lady with the blue shirt and bad eyebrows. I think that says enough.

Minutes before closing , came. To pick it up and they closed their doors earlier so we figured to just go pick it up through the drive through. Nope. Literally the rudest lady ever gave us the dirtiest looks even when we showed her that our order was ready to pick up through the window. She was also eating while she was saying they’re closed… possibly our order. We just wanted to pick it up because it’s been 30 minutes since it was ready. Never going here again so rude and didn’t even want to see what we wanted. – lady wearing blue shirt maybe Spanish on 8/13. Terrible staff. Never her coming here again.
I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered a six piece garlic, Parm nugget and before I can even take a bite out of one I noticed a white fuzzy, webby, spider web, looking fuzz on the Nuggets as if they dropped it on the fourth floor and picked it up and put it back on the tray. I am absolutely disgusted!! And completely lost my appetite. Do better for your customers, Wendy’s!
