Located in the heart of New York, NY 10029, this dog park is a beloved local spot offering a natural, pet-friendly environment for dogs of all sizes. Known for its dirt and gravel surfaces rather than artificial turf or concrete, your pup will enjoy digging, running, and socializing in a spacious yet manageable area. The park is praised for its friendly community, allowing both small and large dogs to play and interact. Regulars describe it as big enough for energetic breeds to get plenty of exercise, with a community spirit that keeps the park clean and welcoming.
A unique feature of this dog park in New York is its separation of areas for small and large dogs, ensuring safety and comfort for everyone. There is plenty of seating and shaded spaces for owners to relax while their dogs play freely, as well as a covered shelter for sun or rain protection. While the park lacks built-in water fountains, it’s recommended to bring your own water bowl and poop bags, though the park is typically well-maintained by its diligent visitors. Perfect for a quick break or an afternoon of fetch, this park provides a peaceful oasis with beautiful views and convenient owner amenities.
Needs work. Badly
It’s ok small but it dies what it’s suppose to do.
It’s clean and safe.
Nice for the dogs great area
Lots of dirt! Your dog will get dirty! On the plus side it’s great for them to dig around and it doesn’t have any of that weird concrete surface other dog parks have. It’s rather small but everybody who frequents it is really nice. enough space for a big dog to run back and forth and get tired out. I occasionally walk dogs (I miss mine from CA) and I’ve tuckered out several Huskies and Labradors in there.
Bring your own bags!
