East Row Dog Park in Newport, Kentucky

Located behind the Campbell County library at 901 E 6th St, Newport, East Row Dog Park is a newly upgraded community favorite for dog lovers in Northern Kentucky. This dog park replaces the old Newport Dog Park and is widely appreciated for its spacious areas dedicated to both small and large dogs, offering ample space for pups to run, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors.

Owners appreciate the on-site water spigot, meaning you don’t need to bring your own dog water, and the convenient parking nearby. However, small dog owners should be cautious, as there have been reports of fence gaps in the small dog area that could allow little pups to squeeze through—it’s important to keep an eye on your dogs, especially if they’re small or escape artists. With large, separated play spaces, friendly pet owners, and regular upgrades, East Row Dog Park is a top spot for pet-friendly outdoor fun near downtown Newport, Kentucky.

Upgraded a new dog park this park is located behind the Campbell County library and replaces the old Newport Dog park. Has a water spicket so no need to bring your own water. Very big small and large dog sections.

If you have a SMALL dog beware!!!! Our two small dogs managed to squish their way through the fence here before we could catch them!!!! Why in the hell would you have a whole fence line that has very small openings and then have two gate peices where a small dog could just walk right through the bars???? My dog instantly took off and almost got hit on the highway. Me and my husband spent a good HOUR filling in that part of the fence with rocks so it wouldn’t happen to our dogs or anyone else’s again.

If your going to build a dog park do it right and make it secure. There is no reason a portion of the small dog fence is as wide as the big dogs fence.
