Super easy walk and gorgeous view. There’s concrete steps for the steep parts of the trail. You could walk there in flip flops without an issue. The view must be stunning after the leaves fall.

Short hike from the parking lot about 12 minutes. It’s mostly downhill through some rocky areas but very easy. Obviously going back it’s tougher since you walk steep trails but very easy overall. I walked down to the waterfall through some big rocks and it was beautiful. Definitely a must visit waterfall when in the area.

Still might be slightly challenging for anyone with a walking disability but generally fine for anyone in decent health. 0.6 miles one way and then back again. 3 switchbacks, a bridge, and when you come to a T junction just take a right and the falls are above! No hiking shoes necessary.

Very pretty waterfall not far off the parking. Parking is a good size but people come in and go quickly. There’s a loop trail for the river views and the trail for the hike. Pretty horse hike down 2/3 of a mile. Coming back up gets a little steep for a short time. Nothing too crazy. At the waterfall you get a nice platform to look over.

We visited Bridal Veil Falls on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday), and wow—it was packed. There was absolutely no parking available. We had to circle around multiple times, and in the end, my wife had to double park just so I could run down to the falls, snap some pictures, and hustle back—all within 20 minutes.
The falls themselves are gorgeous and very easy to get to. It’s a short out-and-back trail with a rewarding view at the end. You can get right down close to the falls, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to explore it fully because of the crowd and the parking situation, but I’m definitely planning to go back.
Pro tip: If you’re planning to check out all the waterfalls along the Columbia River Gorge, it might be worth getting a ticket for one of the tour shuttles, especially on holiday weekends. Either that, or plan your visit early in the morning or on a weekday to avoid the chaos.
