Stayed here for 3 nights. Two adults, 2 teens. First night we had separate rooms in the one story portion. I was honestly a bit surprised how nice they were. The next two nights we got the two room suite. Equally nice. Staff were always friendly.

Room was clean and towels were ample. Overpriced for a low end Choice hotel and location, but perhaps it was due to event at VLA that the other Choice hotel in town was completely booked. All in all I recommend this hotel, in a pinch.

This hotel room was one of the nicest suites I’ve stayed in. I was really surprised. It was huge. 2 tvs 2 ac units, updated, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure, friendly staff, and a beautiful view of the mountains. I normally stay in Comfort Suites and this was nicer. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you.

I had a very nice stay at the Econo Lodge Inn in Socorro. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The bathroom and sink areas were very clean and well lit. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The room was quiet. All the front desk staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The front most building has two levels, but the rooms on most of the property are single-story ground level. I appreciated being able to park in front of my room. Seemed like plenty of parking.

My room was in the building furthest away from the lobby / breakfast area which is perhaps a longer walk than we are used to in motels these days. Since they were not all booked up, I just drove to a closer parking space when I had breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty much the standard motel breakfast fare. Rather than having eggs and a breakfast meat on a counter for self-serve, a staff member asked if I would like scrambled eggs and sausage and then went back and cooked those up for me. I’m not sure if that is normal all the time or just because I was there on a quiet day of the week. I felt I had a good breakfast to get me back on the road and moving along. I do wish that they had decaf coffee in the morning, I only saw a carafe of regular.

I was very pleased with my room and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Socorro.

Very clean, spacious rooms with a fridge and microwave. The towels and linens were clean and soft. There’s a coffee maker in the room along with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Included breakfast featured an array of continental breakfast items, waffle maker, and eggs and sausage/bacon. The pool and hot tub looked lovely and clean. They have a spacious gym/fitness room. We checked in without a reservation with no trouble. Excellent value for what you pay!
