Took a trip to Laurel Hills in search of this landmark. Was not disappointed! The structure is still there!
Wonderful stop in the woods. Spent a while adding more branches to make it bigger and better but what a great place to visit.
I had dinner here a few times in the 1980’s when it was Crossroads, a very nice restaurant owned by Kidd Brewer, I think. Seems like his family owned most of the land there that is now Crabtree Valley SC. Looks like it has been torn down reverted to the animals and insects and what not. Fine with me.
