Great view with plenty of room to run. Under-used.
I like this park because it’s secure and there’s always fresh water available. It’s not extremely large and it’s not grass, it’s wood chips, but there’s always a variety of toys there to use.
Driving home and stopped in Colonial Beach with our pup. Took advantage of the park to let him stretch his legs and take a potty break. Lovely, cool shaded location. Lots of nice toys and waste bags and receptacles. We all enjoyed it 🙂
Perfect for the us. Dogs get to be dogs and I get a beautiful setting, shade, and a seat. Humans not always the best at cleaning up after their partners. Water bowels, toys and water available. 2 fenced areas.
Ok not sure why there is no review for this amazing dog park! We are staying 20 minutes away at the Thousand Trails. It is a bit out of the way and it is next to a marina but follow the google directions and it will get you here. The town does a great job keeping it clean. Watch the boats go through the harbour. Also there are ospreys nests all around and it is great watching them.
