It’s not because it’s not a great park, it is, BUT NO one apparently picks up their dog poop. Despite there being adequate stations, bags, garbage, poop scoopers, a small pool, picnic tables….this park is awful because of the massive poop. I’ve tried a couple different times and even my dogs don’t like it. They’re covered in poop when they are finished and get back in the car. One of my dogs just stands at the gate and hardly walks around. Some dog owners are disgusting and ruin it for those who aren’t.

Very nice park! Visiting from out of town and needed a place to let my golden retriever puppy stretch his legs! Met some super nice people there and the dogs were great too!! Water and poop bags were provided!!

**Watch out for TJ the Jack Russell Terrier**
This dog park is very nice with great people and the larger dogs all got along great. Park does have a water fountain for the dogs as well. Park is mainly nice grass area but there are some bare spots were water and mud collect by one of the entrances.
The only problem we had was a little Jack Russell Terrier named TJ who went after our 102 lb Goldador-(Golden/Lab mix), luckily our dog is very patient and did not retaliate. Owner screamed to stop the attack which did work luckily. This dog has no discipline and should be neutered to help with the aggression. Just beware of the smaller dogs. Ideally, the city should put in a separate area for the small dogs at this location.

Great fenced dog park. Approx. 8 foot tall fences with double entry gates. Didn’t find any poo on ground. Grass nicely mowed. Some covered seating. Nicely treed. My dogs had a blast running, smelling and checking out the vehicles from safely behind the fence. Great place to stop. Water was not currently turned on. Bring your own. Also nice kids playground next to the park.
