Please consider before moving to these apartments as I do not recommend.
I have been here for 9 months and have filed 8 work orders. Most of them submitted for appliance issues. These apartments are luxury on the outside however, there are several issues you will encounter with Kitchen Sinks, bathroom sinks, and the refrigerator. Within the first 3 months the refrigerator/ freezer stopped working twice. The second time the refrigerator was replaced (this was not a brand-new refrigerator), and a small reimbursement fee was subtracted from the rent. 6 months later on a Friday night to Saturday morning there a power surge within the community that may or may not affected surrounding areas. At the time I was out of town with little to know service. An email was sent out Saturday morning. However, for the needs of this matter a text message should have been sent to address this matter to all residents. I am signed up to receive messages however I did not receive a text regarding this matter. After speaking with the community manager who was unhelpful. She also stated, “You may, or may have not received a text message.” Which is by far unacceptable. When I stated to her that I did not. If so, I would not have been looking for reimbursement. Unfortunately, I am left to replace the food that went bad while being gone. If you are constantly moving around this would be a great inconvenience to you. The surge is not their fault however, it is their responsibility to use proper forms of communication. High alert text messages should be implemented. Often efficient companies will distribute reminder text messages and phone calls regarding upcoming appointments or payment details. Same rules should be applied here. Save your time and money.

I just have to say that Brandywine Green is so very beautiful! The apartments are very nice and the neighborhood looks great! One of the rental office ladies named Sharee is an absolute sweetheart! She has been such a great help to me and my mother. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience! The world needs more people like her 🩷

I have been at Brandywine Green for 8 months now. Since my first experience with touring with Sharee, I have been pleasantly pleased with the professionalism the leasing office displays. Maintenance is very responsive, the community is quiet, the apartments are beautiful, and the complex is very conveniently placed next to the shopping center. If you’re looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend this place!

Words can’t truly express my appreciation for the assistance, kindness, and patience that was extended towards me during my recent move by Ms. Adams and Ms. Watson. The community will certainly not disappoint either if you’re looking for a new place to call home. One will find the community to be clean, inviting, and peaceful.

I had the pleasure of recently touring Brandywine Green. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office and community clubhouse, I felt very welcomed. Sharee was amazing! She had a packet ready for me, and she was very informative, fun, and energetic. I didn’t feel rush or pressure. Sharee made my tour a very memorable one, and answered all questions that I had.
