🐾 How to Handle Aggressive Dogs at the Dog Park – Real Advice from Dog Owners
Visiting the dog park can be a joyful activity for both you and your furry friend—but aggressive encounters can quickly […]
Enclave At Delray Beach offers a convenient dog park in Delray Beach, Florida, ideal for pet owners seeking a central location with pet-friendly amenities. The community features a dedicated dog park area, catering to both small and large breeds with separate spaces, so your furry friend can play safely and socialize. This pet-friendly spot is popular among locals for its ease of access, playgrounds for children, and shaded picnic areas, making it a great destination for families and dog owners alike.
The park includes multiple playgrounds, tall trees providing some shade, and pet-specific amenities like waste bag stations and fenced areas for secure off-leash play. While the dog park itself is on the smaller side and can get muddy after rain, it’s a staple spot for residents to gather and let their dogs run freely within the designated zones. Note that off-leash play is only allowed in the confines of the fenced dog park, and the rules are enforced for the safety of all visitors.
Looking forward to starting my lease. Shannon has been wonderful, very friendly, communicative and very quick to respond. Everyone I’ve come across too in the office area when you walk in is also very warm and inviting. Good vibes!
Enclave at Delray It’s the best place to live, very comfortable, quiet, and with good connectivity when you need to leave home. The customer service at the office is excellent; they resolve any issues you may have.
Yet another new page this apartment complex has created to avoid its abysmal reviews. This time they’ve even changed their ADDRESS and reported their old address as closed 🤦🏻♀️
Problems summarized: no parking, they nickel and dime fine you for minor infractions including what time you leave trash at the dumpster. The community is older but they’ve done cosmetic upgrades. This means your AC breaks often as does everything else. One time my closet rod fell entirely off the wall. Another time I spotted mold growing on my ceiling. Expect to be putting in lots of service requests.
They charge you for the privilege of DNA testing your dog so they can fine you if they find poop.
If you are unfortunate enough to live there during a hurricane, be ready to pay again as you’ll need to put up your own shutters or pay someone to do it and all of the apartments have second floors so you’ll need a big ladder.
But worst of all is the experience at the end: no one gets their deposit back, charging you for things like discolored plastic due to aging and other damage that was existing at time of rental (and yes noted on my walkthrough form).
In more than 20-years of renting I had NEVER not gotten my FULL deposit back until this place. And they had the gall to try and charge me over and above my deposit. Before leaving I cleaned everything top to bottom, steamed carpets, filled & sanded nail holes and even primed the walls for paint.
You’ve been warned. BUYER BEWARE
UPDATE: Regarding their response, I think the totality of their reviews here, the BBB and on Yelp speak for themselves. I’ve left photographic proof of everything I said. To insinuate I damaged my apartment is beyond absurd, which is exactly why I took photos of every little thing when I left. I even posted my move-in & out sheet on Yelp so you can see how they charged me for pre-existing and even non-existent damage.
These reviews on here must be paid for because if you check their yelp, there’s nothing good said at all. Additionally, they continue to delete their Yelp account because of their terrible ratings they receive. They respond to your review on Google to try and come across like they’re willing to help, but that’s just to have people thinking they’re willing to work with you. In reality, when you talk to them, they tell you that you have no option but to pay for whatever they fine you with…
This place just kept on getting worse throughout our two years spent at this complex. Initially the office was really nice and we loved everyone that worked in it. For some reason they hired a new staff, and this is when everything started to go downhill. When we renewed our lease the work time, it went up maybe NULL-80 but with then new staff they tried raising our rent almost NULL… Obviously we decided to move somewhere nicer if we were going to be paying that much money in the end.
Now after 4 months from when we moved out they have sent us a request for an “unpaid balance” out of no where for NULL, and people have already moved into our old unit. You would think that something like this would be sent after a week or two. Overall, if you don’t care how you’re treated by the office or living in a complex with workers that are inconsiderate this is the place to live!
Five Stars for Our Amazing Maintenance Team!
I just want to take a moment to recognize the incredible maintenance team in our community. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been nothing short of excellent. They always come from a place of yes—no matter the issue, big or small, they approach it with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help.
Jeff has been a wonderful addition to the team with Andre, Antonio and Willy. These gentleman work so hard for us including some community members that can be extremely demanding.
What truly sets this team apart is their responsiveness. Most requests are addressed the same day, and if something can’t be done right away, they always take the time to communicate clearly and keep me in the loop. That kind of reliability and transparency is rare and so appreciated.
Thank you for your hard work, professionalism, and kindness. You make our community a better place to live!
