Great place for easy hiking. Awesome trails and views. The parking lot is big but gets full and closed over the weekends so either arrive early or come on weekdays. Currently it’s dry so the waterfall is not really flowing and the reservoir very light.

Ramapo Mountains are well maintained, a majority of people take the paved way up the mountain, but there’s a nice river trail that passes the waterfall before reaching the reservoir. Beautiful in all seasons.

Great, peaceful, very scenic trail. Good to visit with dogs, mine loved sniffing around and going all the way up.to the waterfalls.

There are a couple of trails to explore, none are difficult so great option for begginers!
