Nice little park with grass area, basketball court, swings and play ground. It was really busy last time our group was there, had to play in the dirt section, but it worked. Parking lot is under construction.

It was an amazing simple day as I rolled into my favorite park to rest a bit in my car take in the sun set when suddenly I noticed a phenomenon of nature that wasn’t normal. The Joshua tree where I usually parked were covered in bright cherry red 12 inch balls on each plume bursting out were these amazing balls of color… Well that was quite amusing… Ni photographed the trees then I video taped my discovery. Find out two weeks later after idid research those were not flowers at all, but the aer of someone’s decision to decorate these two Joshuas with RED HOT CHEETO BALLS… As ack they sell at dollar tree in phelan. Now that told me something about myself … I’m easily amused and I just may need glasses because I give props to the creator that decorated those trees… If they’d had put this on a video show to check the reactions of people driving or stopping thru … Well you get the picture.. I spent several hours viewing sharing and finding just the right music for my phenomenal discovery… Lol. Silly me… But still … Don’t eat them see these decorated Joshuas … Lol otherwise I captured quite a few nice pics from the continued drive around the park. Clean park, nice people come to celebrate birthdays etc… and in summer there are concerts and movie nights if I’m not mistaken here to enjoy .. check on that with the schedule of events in the summer edition of our local Mountaineer Progress News paper available I need stands and real estate offices banks etc. Have a great time discovering nature as you enjoy our champagne climate in the tri community of phelan, WRIGHTWOOD and pinon hills, California…
