Fantastic 4th of July fireworks display, very relaxed setting, had amazing view right from the parking lot. Highly organized as well, appreciate the police presence keeping vehicles organized & pedestrians safe

Good to walk dogs. Been here 45 minutes and saw 3 other people. 2 with dogs and one alone. Oops make that 4. 3 with dogs 1 without. Now 2 more people just walking. It is really quite deserted and desolate looking. The water areas are pretty but there is no way to help someone if they fell in. A lot of industrial scrap around.

The park looked beautiful but the parking and surrounding area near parking made me feel really unsafe. I only walked for 10 minutes; I felt really isolated so I turned back. To enter park you turn in between abandoned buildings and park in a very rustic area. I would definitely not go alone.

Kind of sad, but we biked around all 3 ponds. I guess the town is still working
on repairing the damage from the Tyson plant. The water is odd, a weird slimy green, but we saw 3 turtles and a heron. Praying it can be rehabilitated. The signs were interesting and helpful to understand the eerie feeling of damaged land.
