It’s a fun place for dogs to run and play within walking distance of downtown Huntingdon. It’s not the most well trafficked dog park I’ve been to (it’s often empty in off peak hours or in cold weather) but if you go around 5 to 7 pm then there is a good regular group of dogs that stop by. There’s a large and a small dog section, but most of the time only the large dog section is populated. We’ve never had any problems with aggressive dogs, even with a very energetic puppy. I do wish that people were more respectful with picking up poop and not destroying toys, but it’s been a great outlet for our dog this year.

We used to really love this place a lot, but now it looks like they’re not paying too much attention to it. No doggy bags. And the grass is grown over, Plus they never picked up the leaves. What is a nice quiet place to take your dog

Located in a quiet corner of Huntingdon, near mostly abandoned buildings, on a dead-end street, this place is quiet and calm. Plenty of shade and right near the water. With the dog waste stations, built in fire hydrants, and well-designed fencing, I feel safe letting my dog just be a dog here.

Beautiful location for the dogs but watch out for the potholes upon parking. Watch out for mosquitoes in the evening hours
