Cool beans, you will like, saw a girl hit a guy with a dodgeball in face off type thing. They are definitely drinking. Heheh.

Come by in early April to catch the cherry blossoms! The Parks team and the community does a great job keeping this park clean.

After living in Inwood for two years, this park is probably what we miss the most as we leave the neighborhood and the city. It was a daily ritual for us to walk here after work–a couple loops that arcs along the Hudson was enough to get us our daily exercise. It was very flat too, unlike Inwood Hill Park. We caught many sunsets while walking here on a clear evening. And although they often left landmines on the walking paths, we will also miss the Canadian geese that were here nearly year round (except for the winter, where I hoped they enjoyed their vacation in Florida).
