The owner was awesome! When we got there late, the owner knew us by our name. We checked in, another employee drove his golf cart to our site and even help my husband back up the travel trailer which was awesome! I definitely appreciated that! We got there just in time for bingo. Our daughter was the only child at bingo so she got to call out some of the numbers which she was so excited about doing and she had so much fun doing it! She was kind of nervous at first but then she warmed up! Our family ended up winning the grand prize which was an awesome. We love playing bingo. We were only there for one night but they definitely made it special for us and want to shout out to the owners and employees. They were amazing! Thank you again for a great time.
Donna and Karl are such great hosts! Very clean, spacious, shaded sites, everyone was quiet and respectful. We had a fun time attending bingo and they had some fun activities for kids over the weekend. It was certainly a lot quieter outside of Friday/Saturday. It’s a bit of a drive to attractions (Alexandria bay etc) but as far as campgrounds go I would certainly return!
This is my idea of a campground! We enjoyed being nestled in the forest in a clean calm environment. We also enjoyed the great hospitality of our hosts Donna and Karl who are devoted to making their camper’s stay the best ever. We had lots of fun and consider this one our favorite (so far) in the 3 month trip we started in June.
Very nice small campground. Sites have plenty of room with grass and lots of trees. Great dog park. The only problem was the biting flies. They are really bad this time of year but that’s pretty much everywhere. It was hard to be outside much. Close to Boldt castle and was a very nice day trip. Would stay again if in the area.
We camped at Natural bridge/ Watertown for 4 days the first week of July. Donna and Karl make your stay enjoyable and inviting! They go out of their way to treat you like a long lost friend. This campground is set off the beaten path and is so peaceful. They have plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained or a great campsite if you just prefer to relax. Our 15 year old granddaughter enjoyed herself as much as us old folks. Clayton and Alex Bay are roughly an hour drive but was a beautiful country drive. We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a wonderful trip.
