Nice little play area for the kids
First time to this park. A hidden pleasant surprise! Tons of things you can do with a family. Sand pit for volley ball, park, baseball, all kinds of things. They have grills amd benches and pavilions. It was really all around a great place to hang out or have a birthday party, graduating, baby shower. I think it would even benefit with a concession stand during busy seasons! Oh not too mention the water to go fishing!
Very clean area, had fun with my grandson
This park used to be both safe and enjoyable. Now this park is no longer safe to be at. There’s these early to late teenagers that has vandalized this park. These teens keep doing so every night digging through the trash and spreading the trash all over. They break things against the wall such as glass and anything else they can find. No body in the neighborhood wants to help track down and identify these teens and discipline them simply because they are just “kids being kids”. I can’t even walk my dogs in this park anymore because of this continuous horrible behavior. I’m terrified of these teens directly hurting my dogs or indirectly poisoning my dogs by spreading things lotions and other harmful chemicals on the ground and in the grass.
The park has just been renovated within the last year with new baseball diamonds, soccer court, and new playground equipment. Overall decent park, however folks always leave trash laying around and no one ever picks up, not even landscaping who comes by to mow.
Nice place to play and walk your dog, just keep an eye out for trash.
