The fact that there is both a large dog park and a small dog park makes this an exceptional stop. They’re new, clean, well maintained.

My dog absolutely loves the park but unfortunately I can’t bring him there anymore because some guy with a bully breed picked up my dog and threw him against the fence because his dog got a little rough with my dog. My dog has alot of energy and is very friendly but clearly this guy was all about having the big bad dog. I wound bringing by dog to the vet the next ay because he was limping. I’m afraid to go back there because this guy has some serious anger issues. His exact words were Get Your dog the F out of here. Then he started flexing in front of my 82 year old mom and was mumbling profanities. Just the watch certain dog owners up there, especially him. I’d give a desc on him but then I’d be a Karen. The dude owns a jacked up bully breed. Clearly he needs a big dog to show he’s a man. A real man doesn’t beat up on other peoples dogs. Other than that, most of the people that go there with there dogs are pretty awesome and have great dogs. I’ve met many good people up there. Just be careful.

Newly added dog park to Union city’s green arsenal.
It’s very clean and well maintained.
Water facility, dog poop bags, and benches are available.
Overall very good place to hangout for dog parents. Quite a fascinating view for by-passers as well.

Dog park with separated small and large dogs areas, water fountain for the dogs in each area, the park itself is not too big, but is pretty clean considering it’s a dog park, and is a good resource for dog owners in the so urban area of Union City.

It seems like a great park, we’ve passed by it a few times and it’s always been open but tonight we brought our pup all the way here and it was locked (both the big dog park and small dog park were locked) we saw the hours posted on google that says it’s supposed to be 24 hours, has that changed or was the big dog park mistakenly closed?
