Don’t hesitate. The staff are diligent great caring and patient. My Dog knows this place by name and obviously every time I ask if she wants to go she starts jumping in the air literally. 🙏🏽
TL;DR One star for the fact that my pups were alive and OK on pickup. Everything else about the experience was the worst I’ve ever had with a boarder.
1. You failed to properly check and notify us of your own requirements TWICE before leaving my pets with you for two weeks.
2. After realizing your own mistake you harassed my emergency contacts to the point that they asked to be removed from the form.
3. You continued to harass me while on vacation even after we agreed to modified boarding arrangements that your staff suggested.
4. Our dogs were taken off camera for days at a time, and we were promised photos but never received any visual confirmation that the dogs were doing ok.
5. The manager who caused these issues never took accountability or apologized (the staff however was very gracious and accommodating.)
I will never use your services again nor recommend you to any one. You are the mcdonalds of dog boarding, no shade to mcdonalds!
I brought my dog here and was extremely pleased with the whole experience! From the minute I walked in the door the staff was extremely welcoming! They also cared a lot about making sure my dog had everything he needed before coming in which made me feel safe about leaving my dog here. The place seems clean, staff seems nice, and pricing is very fair!
Mollie loves her visits at Dogtopia and always wags her tail once she hears she is going to see her “friends”! My husband and I are impressed with how clean the facility is and how kind and helpful the workers are there. We love the feature of being able to see her play during the day on the app. She boards there and we know when we are away she is well taken care of. Truly a remarkable dog day care with great people working there. There is also theme days throughout the month and we love getting her photos back that are taken. Unfortunately we won’t be going as frequently due to the distance and traffic that adds up in the area, but we are so grateful we found this day care where we don’t have to worry about mollie spending her day there. She is always in good hands. don’t hesitate to bring your dogs here!
This place didn’t allow Dogs (Quito) that are not neutered. He’s only 2 years old every dog, regardless to have a safe place to play in if they are neutered or not.
