Schabarum Dog Park is a welcoming spot for dog lovers seeking a clean, well-maintained off-leash area for their pets in Rowland Heights, California. Conveniently located at 17250 Colima Rd, the park features separate fenced areas for both small and large dogs, making it safer and more comfortable for pups of different sizes to play and socialize freely. Visitors praise the park for its beautiful surroundings, friendly community, and easy access to pet-friendly hiking and walking trails in the adjacent Schabarum Regional Park.
The dog park boasts amenities such as accessible parking and entrance, water fountains for both people and pets, seating areas for owners, and waste bag stations. Dog owners appreciate the park’s cleanliness, shaded areas, and the scenic views, including wonderful yellow flowers and direct access to the Schabarum Skyline Trail. There’s also nearby open space for picnics, BBQs, and family gatherings, making it a great destination for an active day out with your furry friends.
Great park for dogs. They have 2 lots one for big dogs and one for little dogs. Dogs here not ghetto well behaved.
I was very pleased with how clean and well manicured the parks were. Although neither the large or the small dog areas were very large they were big enough for the dogs to get plenty of exercise. Water is provided but I recommend bringing a water bowl for your pooch since I didn’t see any. The adjacent park is great for picnics and has grills and tables available. All in all a very good place for you and your friends and family to spend some time together and have fun.
Wow!!!! This dog park is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is extremely well-maintained. Everyone picks up after their dogs and is so friendly to one another. There are waste bags provided in case you forgot yours and a water fountain that provides you and your pup with cold, fresh water.
And a bonus is the wonderful Schabarum Skyline trail that sits right behind the park.
Five stars may be underrated from my point of view, beautiful yellow flowers, nice trails for walking.
Easy access to trail and baby parks as well. The dog park consists of a small and a big dog park where you can choose which one suits your dog size. I love the access to the trails because of the easy pinpointing to hop on and get a workout going! The park charges NULL inside but park on the side of it to avoid paying the fee, you’re welcome
