Crowded- be prepared to have to walk a bit to the park from the street parking- also be very aware when opening up car doors as people drive kinda fast on a narrowish road.

Schools are closed this week and the weather is nice so there were quite a few people at Avalon. Parking spaces were sparse but there were always a few available as families would leave as others arrived.

Great park graciously opened to the public by the Simons family. Tends to be a bit overcrowded which can take away from the serenity of the park. Best to go on off hours/days if you want to relax and enjoy all this wonderful park has to offer.
