Cindy, Dena, Nicole are amazing! I had a smooth move in and I decided to join the first event Tacos & tunes!!! Food was amazing and band did a great job. Team is amazing very responsive and very personal.
After many years of house ownership, I decided to downsize and rent an apartment. I chose Heatherwood/Colony Park largely due to two associates.
My first experience with Colony Park was through Julie. She was welcoming and gave me a thorough introduction to the development and its amenities. I left that meeting excited about possibly moving there.
My next contact was with Dena. She was every bit as helpful and also made me feel welcome.
Long story short, thanks to Julie and Dena I signed a lease and am moving to Colony Park. Their efforts helped me to see not just an apartment but a home.
I must also complement Carlos, who gave me an orientation on my first day as a renter. He walked me through my new home, showing me how things work and explaining the rules to me. He was so helpful.

My kitchen sink was overflowing late the other night. Thank you to the emergency maintenance crew for coming quickly to clean up the flood. Thank you to Ryan for quickly coming to assess and resolve the issue the next morning. Shout out to the entire awesome maintenance crew and manager Joe for all of your hard work!
Upon arrival to the office I met Cindy who received me with red carpet. She fits to be sale supervisor. In fact, any company which needs to move up must have Cindy to embrace the head of the business. My tour with her was super. My husband and I have lived at Colony Park for 2 years and we can’t say enough positive things about the maintenance and leasing team! Repairs were always done quickly and efficiently, and maintenance always came right away if we had an urgent situation. From the leasing office, Cindy has been extremely responsive and helpful as we are preparing to move to another Heatherwood complex. We very much appreciate all of her help!
