Today was my second time coming to this park. I really like it because of all of the grass. I did meet some really nice people and some friendly dogs. Unfortunately, my dog got bit today from a man who had three German shepherds and a husky. I took her to the vet and the puncture wounds were deep. It cost me almost ? at VCA in Lakewood. We usually go to the Whittier dog park, and all of the dogs and owners stay very close to each other and I have never seen an aggressive dog there. My dog is only one year old. We will not be returning to this park.

It’s now 4 years in a row that we have been using this park to host laser tag for the Lakewood Little league. This park is very large, has a couple of baseball fields, and plenty of grass area to play around. I think there is also a dog park adjacent to the park.

We love this dog park never had a problem but be aware of this bad dog owner she let her dog attack four dogs before trying to intervene. My dog couldn’t even make it in the gate before being attacked it was growling at the gate and she did nothing that’s when he attacked our puppy my husband had to pull the dog off our puppy because it got so bad. Where was sheNULL A lady approached us telling us that her dog attacked her dog too. Then she blamed everyone else cursed and flipped us off I guess she and her dog are aggressive lol just bringing awareness of this irresponsible dog owner there are rules for reason. If you this girl do better don’t bring a violent dog to a dog park.
