I didn’t encounter many flowers. There were many wooden signposts indicating different walking routes. I tried following several but did not end up in any place specific. The lake was the only thing I stumbled upon which I enjoyed relaxing by. It was free to visit so not really complaints just not clear on the attraction.
Amazing and tranquil… enjoyed our experience…
We were looking for a place to steal our legs when driving through the area. This place was perfect. It’s beautiful and peaceful. We came through in the fall, so not many blooms. But it was still green and lovely. We especially enjoyed watching the ducks on the little lake and petting the friendly cat. We would recommend as a rest stop if you are driving through or if you are spending more time in the Belzoni area. Bonus: it’s free to explore the gardens.
This is a lovely garden with many beautiful flowers and scenery, including a pretty lake. There were no other visitors when we were there so we could wander around and enjoy the beauty to our hearts’ content! It was well worth the detour we took while traveling north on I-55 between Jackson, MS and St. Louis.
Lovely, well-maintained garden. Quick off interstate. It could be a wonderful place for pics. We were the only ones there and enjoyed perusing the area with our toddler. There are several picnic tables. No restrooms.
