We watched our grandson play baseball at Greenfield Park, gradeschool level. We enjoyed the game, the weather and the atmosphere.

Thank you for allowing the memorial site for our grandson, Seth. So sweet that his school friends did this.

As a resident of this fine city, this is one of the very first places that we would venture out to bring our kids when we moved here. It has been fun to see this small park grow and to enjoy the amenities that it offers.

You will find a full playground, veteran memorial, basketball court, outdoor pavilion, baseball field, and a walking trail.

Basketball court doesn’t have any painted lines and there could be more shade provided or at least a pavilion closer to the park to monitor kids. There’s a bunch of pokey weeds in the wood chips so that’s a little annoying. It’s a nice place for kids to get energy out, and nice equipment

We were here on a Tuesday evening in June for a youth baseball game. The field is nice, built with a Twins grant. The adjacent playground is easy to see and we let our 4 and 7 year old play on it while we watched the game. There are trees planted on the west and south sides of the playground, give them another decade and they’ll be excellent shade.
