This is a great park. It offers so much. The scenic pond has fish. The clearly marked off 1/2 mile and mile trails. 3 playgrounds. Ball fields and basketball courts. The Pavillion is a nice size. I’m not sure if you need to reserve it. I have never used the restrooms, so I don’t know if they are clean.
Awesome little park. Nice walking path around a pound. Plenty of benches, parking. Also has a rad M60A3 Patton MBT watching over it.
This is one of our favorite park, they have tennis and basketball courts, playground (currently under construction 🚧), pathways (1 and 5 miles) around the water. There’s always parking spots. It’s a beautiful park, never too crowded.
Beautiful little park with a baseball field, plenty of benches and trees, and a short walking trail around a pond. It’s not the most peaceful place with Hartford Ave on the southern edge, and the pedestrian infrastructure getting to the park is abysmal (but I guess that’s par for the course in Johnston). Once you’re there though, it’s a nice place for a short walk or jog.
Easily accessible park with a couple flat, paved trails and a single more wooded hill trail. Several areas are under construction, some of which have signs that they should be open this summer, however with the visible progress thus far (splash pad area) I suspect it may be longer. Will update this review once complete.
