Carlisle park is Open!!!

Water for the fountains is still pending, but the park is really nice. Heavy grass cover, with sections of peastone near the entrances and the water fountains. Poop bags and trash are only at the entrance.
I’d like to see a little more shade and a few benches, but I lIke this new park!
