There are picnic tables for convenience, though shade is limited—consider an umbrella on hot days. Millsboro Dog Park offers a welcoming place for dogs to be off-leash, meet new friends, and stretch their legs in a vibrant community setting.
Great park, but temps too high to play. There should be water access.
Unkept, people do not really watch their dogs around other dogs. Dogs there are more aggressive in behaviors and owners do not correct their dogs. So, I have to do it. My dog is easy going and not a behavioral problem.
This is a use at your own risk type of dog park. It is just a fenced in area that is split for small dogs and big dogs. There are places for people to sit and tennis balls that others left around. If your dog likes to pick up random things, be careful as it is clear that people don’t care and throw trash and cigarette butts just on the ground in this area so your dog will pick up stuff that they shouldn’t have.
It’s cool. Nice sized field for the dogs to play. They have a side for the big dogs and aside for the small dogs. The downside is there is NO RUNNING WATER!! They have a little Fountain there but it’s broken. That’s a bummer. Not many places for shade except under the bench. But just bring your own Bowl and some water & maybe an umbrella if u want to provide shade.
Our Golden Retriever had a nice romp in this spacious enclosed dog park. Frisbees and balls were available inside. Dog waste bags were provided. The water fountains were shut off when we visited in late March.
