The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of Trevor, if you ever need help, he’s the one to reach out to. Some other members of the leasing team could definitely learn from his level of work efficiency and professionalism.
I relocated to Print House in 2023, and I absolutely love this place. As I prepare to move to Puerto Rico in June 2025, I can’t help but feel excited for the future, even though I’ll miss Print House dearly. I’ve made countless wonderful friends here. Print House is a great place to live! I chose Print House in July 2024 over the other local communities because of Trevor’s exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The building’s beauty stood out in Hackensack and I loved getting to know Trevor as he made me feel at ease with great conversation. It felt like the perfect choice.
The property boasts stunning amenities, including two pools, clubhouses (which I have rented out for events and love!), barbecue pits, fire pits, and pool tables. Enjoy live music, beautiful sunsets over the Hackensack Valley, and breathtaking views of New York City. The property’s beautiful grounds feature trees, flowers, and shrubs, showcasing a community that takes pride in its beauty.
I was also impressed by the brightly lit units with top-notch features and finishes and the meticulously designed custom built-ins.
I love our proximity to Paramus, with endless shopping options, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, malls, and restaurants. The community is friendly, dog-friendly, and feels like home.
As a consultant, I value the multiple conference rooms available at Printhouse. They are always available on a first come, first serve basis and I have never had an issue getting one. They make me feel like I am in a professional NYC office space and are super convenient.

I moved into The Printhouse in November from NYC, and I absolutely love it here! The building feels so luxurious and has a campus-like vibe that makes it feel both modern and community-oriented. The amenities are fantastic—having Starbucks and Lidl right downstairs is incredibly convenient.

We’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it. The apartment itself is brand new, modern, and very spacious. We’ve never had any issues with noise or neighbors, which has made it a very comfortable place to call home.
The amenities are a huge plus—having multiple pools, gyms, and shops like Lidl, Jersey Mike’s, and Starbucks right on site makes daily life super convenient. The staff has also been wonderful; everyone from the front office to the cleaning crew (Estella), maintenance (Hector, Javier & Max) and security has been consistently kind, professional, and quick to respond. The buildings and grounds are always kept clean, which we really appreciate.
Overall, I’d give this community 5 stars, though there are a few areas for improvement. The fire alarms go off a bit too often, and guest parking can be a challenge with limited spots. In our building specifically (the newest one), it would have been great to have a doorman like the other buildings, and a gym instead of another business center. A second, smaller dog park would also be a big plus since the current one is often used by bigger dogs. Lastly, a shuttle to the nearby NJ Transit train would make commuting much easier.
That said, these are relatively minor compared to all the positives. My only other hope is that management continues to keep rent increases fair and reasonable, without price gouging, so residents can enjoy the community long term.
